Yes, I am kidding. But allow me to introduce myself. My name is Scott Hoffman and I am currently a student at The Culinary Institute of America. Every student must complete a 15 week culinary externship. What is a Culinary Externship? It is when you go and work in a restaurant or food industry and study under them and gain experience. So starting in two weeks I will begin my externship.
Can anyone guess where I will be going?

I will be completing a program with Bon Appétit at Google in Mountain View California. There I will be working in the many cafes that are on the Google Campus under the mentorship of the cafe chefs and managers. I will also learn many skills on managing your own restaurant. The cafes will have a focus on fresh produce from local farmers, know today as "Farm to Table Cuisine" (something that is becoming a big movement in the culinary world today).

I will be posting all the exciting things I will be doing at Google, along with any trips I take, food I cook, and probably any other random thing that comes to mind that I feel you would simply die without knowing.
